Dumb Don's Terror Trap

fmcinerney

How Dumb is Don Trump? Look at this map. You don’t have to be the CIA to figure out that Don’s anti-Muslim comments guarantee that all the people who live in, work in or use these Trump-branded properties are top terrorist targets.

You can predict what will happen easily and quickly. Just do what Publius did. Imagine that you are Islamic State. You want to make sure Dumb Don learns as early as possible during his administration that stepping out of line means that he and his brand will pay a huge price.

Step One: Go to Wikipedia and get a list of Trump-branded properties.

Step Two: Download Google Earth shots of each.

Step Three: Identify the most vulnerable. Some properties are in countries with weak security. Others, like golf clubs, are wide open, easy hits.

Step Four: Set your priorities.

Step Five: Hit these.

Again, it doesn’t take the CIA to guarantee that a Trump-branded property will be attacked within the first year of Trump taking office. Put another way, the likelihood that a Trump-branded property will not be hit is so small you would not consider it.

Now, let’s think this through from Don Trump’s viewpoint. He started making anti-Muslim comments in November 2015. As a top flight businessman, he knew full well how many Trump-branded properties there are, where they are and roughly how many customers and employees live, use and work in them.

Don could also do in a second or two what Publius did and measure the impact of his comments on tens of thousands of his people. Why, then, did he repeat his comments over and over, guaranteeing that so many innocents associated with his brand will be attacked?

Is this another example, as Pubius demonstrated in Dumb Don and again in Illiterate Don and You, of different parts of Don’s brain not being able to function together?

One of Publius’ first entries, in February, 2016, was Don Trump Learns to Count where Publius showed that the Dumb Dude has a real problem with numbers. Don announced that he would round up, process, intern and deport a population twice the size of New York City. Either he ran the numbers, saw that they more than tripled federal spending for decades to come and didn’t care. Or he didn’t run the numbers and didn’t care that he didn’t.

Either Don was thinking and it didn’t matter to him what he thought, or he wasn’t thinking and it didn’t matter to him that he wasn’t.

You will find that the same mechanism underlies everything Don does or says. Foreign policy, domestic policy, any policy. One way or another, it is impossible for Dumb Don to put two and two together. No matter how easy it is for you to do, he cannot do it. This means that even with the lives of thousands of his own people at risk, the most obvious outcomes of what he promises escape him completely.

This, folks, is your new President. Sorry, Hacksident.

Publius, however, is not quite as stupid as Don. He decided in December 2015 to put a bomb, literally, under the Trump candidacy and now Hacksidency. Publius’ bomb—the lawyers among you will appreciate this—is liability.

Publius is a golfer. His club went under in the Great Recession and was bought by Dumb Don. In December 2015, soon after Don’s first anti-Muslim comments, Publius, who knew Carlos The Jackal in the early 1970s, warned the Trump Organization not just to expect a terror attack, but the kind of attack to expect. He repeated his warnings through March 2016. The terrors of Orlando and Dallas that followed fit Publius’ model perfectly. The big difference is that the poor people in the Orlando night club had no reason to expect an attack. Don has ensured that we, on the other hand, are 100% certain of one.

The liability bomb is the existence of Publius’ communications forewarning Trump. If anything happens, Trump is exposed to the max and there is no way he can get out of it. Since we know without question that Don’s branded properties will be attacked, a massive wealth wipe out is imminent. When it becomes evident that Don knew what would happen if he continued to campaign for more than ten seconds after Publius' first email, his presidency will be utterly destroyed.

Like Watergate, this happened well before the election. But no one died in the Watergate break in, making Watergate a nonevent by comparison.

How dumb is Don? Really, really dumb.

You may be asking yourself what the Trump people said about their obvious exposure to terror. Trump Org EVP Larry Glick (@LGlick1) said that Don doesn’t have the money to secure Trump-branded properties. That, apparently, must be looked after by the US taxpayer.

Have a nice day.

To see just how easy it is to murder Trumpistas anywhere in the world, check out this video of environmentalists getting into one of Trump's golf clubs and imagine that they are IS terrorists and what they are carrying are guns and explosives. This is not complicated ....

And on the same day that Publius' old "friend" Carlos the Jackal is back in the news.

The mass killing by a terrorist in Las Vegas shows us all exactly what Publius warned Dumb Don about in December 2015. The Dumb Guy has not the slightest intention of protecting people who use his brand. Remember, you heard it here first and when it happens you can't say that you didn't know. Nor, of course, can Dumb Don.

As Patricia Mazzei and Alan Blinder reported today in The New York Times, it happened how, why and where Pulbius told Dumb Don that it would. Someone cruised into his undefended Trump National Doral golf club and started shooting up the place.

Publius concluded from his exchange with Larry Glick of the Trump organization in March, 2016 that Don is so arrogant that he doesn't care how many of his members die because he was stupid enough to run for the presidency. In fact, he doesn't have a brain strong enough to make the elementary connection between the two, even after Publius laid the connection out for him.

The problem, of course, is that Publius explained Don's terror trap to him in English, a language that Don cannot read of write.

This time, luckily, no one was killed.

Next time?

Don doesn't care.
